1. Introduction

2.3. If the user has connected their exchange account, the bot can open such an order for them.

3. Restrictions

3.1. You are not permitted to:

3.1.2. Use the bot through unauthorized access, interfere with the bot's system, seek ways to hack the bot, perform mass attacks, or resell access to the bot.

4. Ownership

5. Termination

5.1. Merchant Hunt reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms, are inactive for 30 days, or upon the expiration of a paid subscription.

5.2. Upon termination, you must cease using the bot and delete it from all your devices.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Merchant Hunt is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot.

6.2. In case of technical problems, all paid subscriptions will be extended by the duration of the technical issues.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union.

7.2. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.
